Scientifically formulated, high strength, multivitamin and mineral, with activated B vitamins and highly absorbable minerals may help to maintain the body’s nutritional needs particularly where a specialist diet is being followed. Certain diets can lead to nutritional insufficiencies, including dairy free, vegan/vegetarian, low carbohydrate and diets low in red meat. This may increase the need for additional nutrients including iron, calcium, zinc, vitamin B1, B12, B6, folate and magnesium. High Strength BioEssentials is high in nutrients that may be low in a specialist diet.

Nutrients are required for normal body function and health as well as preventing nutritional insufficiencies.

Directions:

Not to be taken by children under 2 years old. This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
