Serving Suggestion: Take 1 capsule, 3 times daily with each main meal. Capsule may be opened and contents mixed with water, juice or sprinkled over food.

Gluten-containing grains are used in the fermentation media used to produce the enzymes. All allergenic material is consumed during the fermentation process and the enzymes undergo further purification. The finished product is not tested for gluten, so we cannot rule out the possibility that traces of gluten may remain.
