YOUR PACKAGE WILL BE DELIVERED TO YOUR DOORSTEP
Orders are couriered to anywhere in New Zealand. We deliver where its best suites you – whether it be your office, home, or friends house. Choose the address and we do the rest! Please note that orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes. You can track your order via NZ Post’s online tracking.
FREE DELIVERY WITH PURCHASES OF $100 OR MORE
This offer is for New Zealand delivery addresses only. Standard shipping fee applies to orders less than $100.
Your shipping and billing addresses must be valid addresses.
- Before returning any products, please contact us using the CONTACT US tab in our website for preauthorization. Products will not be approved for return after 7 days of delivery.
- No returns are accepted for refrigerated items such as probiotics or nutritional bars.
- We reserve the right not to accept returns if products are being returned due to change of mind.
- If return is accepted, you can choose for us to either refund you the purchase price of the product or issue store credit.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable for purchases and returns.
- Please package items with sufficient cushioning. If items are broken or damaged during transit, we cannot issue credit for them.
- Products must be returned within 7 days after we have authorised the return.
- Items will be inspected. Products must be unopened in clean condition with the seals intact. Please, no marker, ink, glue, scratches, tears, or dents.
- Your return box can be shipped back via courier services such as NZ Post to the return address provided to you at preauthorization.
