“I’ve been lucky enough to have Ali as my personal trainer for the last 4 years.
If I recall rightly, Ali walked up to me one day whilst “trying” to squat and highlighted a number of body imbalances that meant that I was not prepared for the movement. I really appreciated this as it demonstrated that Ali knew his stuff and cared.
Since then we’ve worked slowly to improve these balances (still work to do J) and build up a much better strength foundation
Ali invests in building his knowledge and continues to provide strength programmes which are testing and push me forward. I’ve been so impressed that I’ve recommended Ali to my daughter and friends.
