I first started working with Ali in 2017 after reaching a plateau in my strength training. After analysing my technique he identified my weak points to address and designed me a periodised program with targeted exercise selection.
Within a few months my main lifts increased at least 10%, which was impressive given I was already a committed trainee of 8 years.
