I first met Ali in the gym one afternoon in 2015 when I was incorrectly doing shoulder rehabilitation exercises. Ali came up and said "hey man what are you trying to do?". Within a couple of sessions he got me doing the exercises properly, and within a couple of weeks my shoulder was fixed. Since then Ali has applied passion, persistence, and (necessary sometimes pain) to maximise my physical training. He has applied active release techniques, kinetic chain enhancement, and fascial stretch therapy to our training. He is always thinking of ways to make my body perform better, and live healthier. Over the years he has also trained my wife and children, improving their nutrition and physical condition enormously. It is like he cares about our family health more than I thought possible.
